Traffic Ticket Advice UPDATED: CASE DISMISSED/ NOT GUILTY

What would you advise on this situation. You are driving down the interstate doing the speed limit when a state trooper zips past you doing in excess of 90 MPH without their lights on. You had passed this trooper a few miles back bc they had pulled another vehicle over.
As they are passing, you begin recording the trooper speeding with your cell phone, verifying the high rate of speed with your own speedometer.
You do not match speeds with the trooper, only record the traffic violation. Then a few miles down the road, traffic begins to back up and you catch up to the same trooper.
As you move into the left lane to pass an 18 wheeler, you get roughly 2 to 3 car lengths behind the trooper as you both pass the slower traffic.
At which point, the trooper turns on lights and initiates a traffic stop, claiming you were following too close.
You believe that the trooper saw you recording and that was the primary reason the initating the stop and not the distance between vehicles when passing.
You also have a passenger in your car that witnessed it and believes you were not too close and that you were a safe and prudent distance from the trooper.
Do you fight it in court or just pay the fine and move on?

Pay the fine and move on. From now on, lesson learned. You’ll have a much easier life minding your own business.

"I was operating a cell phone at a high rate of speed and I documented it all" is your case to the state.
Good luck with that, you fricking idiot.

Pay the fine and move on, and stop videoing the police while they're working.

How is his pulling you over and ticketing you going to prevent you from using the video? If anything it’s further motivation for you.

Well I’d never have recorded in them in the first place because I just don’t care enough to bother.

Let's not get carried away. There's nothing wrong with that. Hell, it isn't like they can be trusted to video themselves.

Why did you ask the question if you seem to have made up your mind?

So it was OK for the trooper to write a traffic citation even though I was not violating the law, bc he saw me filming? Wtf is wrong with you people.

I've done so twice in my life. Well, technically only once because the crooked Trinity, AL police threw away my ticket when I agreed to make a $100 donation to their "traffic school". That ticket was for speeding......at least a mile outside of their jurisdiction.

You messed with someone (who had nothing to do with you), but holds more power. Basically, you FAFO. Do you need to keep the battle going to FAFO even more?
Is your life so boring you let something menial like this bother you. You inserted yourself into a hostile situation without an invite. I bet 100% you work from home.

If a trooper is zooming by you how do they see you filming them?
