Is this usually only new, packaged toys or do they take used toys?

I have hundreds of used toys I’d like to contribute

I think it’s only new for them. Maybe contact a local church or daycare? They may be willing to take some toys.

New packaged toys for Toys for Tots. You could try some local organizations like CASA, or Safe house.

Donate your used ones to goodwill or Salvation Army.

Toys for tots wants to give children new toys.

I’m sure video game consoles would be an exception though.

It's only new, that way the parents can return them to Walmart for cigarettes.

Probably because the bank has all the money.

It was always new and unopened toys when I did it. Some MILFs donated their [redacted] but that was during the Red Dress Party.

NERF guns get donated to the Marines. Don't give those.

I don't know about the Covid procedures but we donated a lot of stuff to the local children's hospital years ago. They have a little toy room for the kids healthy enough to play. I'm sure that's shutdown right now.

The best place to take something like that is a shelter for battered women. The women there typically left with nothing and often have a kid or two. It would mean the world to them. The only catch is they typically don’t Allen around the place at all for obvious reasons, so a female would have to deliver the toys to them.

I use to make sure all barcodes were removed or destroyed for donations. At first we would just black out the barcodes with a sharpie, but they figured out ways to get the sharpie off without destroying the barcode so we started removing ones that were stickers or cutting out ones that were printed on the packaging to keep shitty arse parents from giving away their kids FREE Christmas gifts. We worked with Walmart and a local Sheriffs department to fill a couple 18 wheelers a year, so we invested a substantial amount of time de barcoding toys.
