What the frick are you talking about? The employer doesn’t test - the employees goes to some dumb arse clinic when he says he has symptoms and gets his test done.
And how are we 6 months late regarding protocol - you don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.
Don’t accept the test results. They are irrelevant. As I said, you are clueless.

Because TigerBaitn is one of 10 people from NOLA who supposedly didn’t want the shutdowns he’s acting as if no one from NOLA on this site did want them
I know several people in NOLA who basically vote Democrat but they never wanted the shutdowns. They have several businesses that deal with people in person - like restaurants, bars, and a few other things - they want to follow rules but they’re smart enough to know that their businesses may not survive bc of this crap
They don’t want anyone getting sick but they don’t want to be homeless either

Clueless as it pertains to what?
How can test results be irrelevant? The employer is following the protocol that has been set by the local government.
God damn, sounds like the one who is clueless is you.

10 days after first positive test,he is good to go for 3 months. It doesn’t matter what a test result shows in the meantime (those next 3 months). Those are false positives.
Not my problem you don’t know that

And this means jack and shite when the corporate policy is "any time a family member or close friend tests positive, you have to quarantine for two weeks"
Which of course has been abused to hell and back again, but no one says shite because the legal consequences of enforcing it.

So they test positive, 10 days later you still running fever. Your stance is that they are good to go?

Not if it is low grade.
They actually won't even admit you nor see you in the doctors office. You aren't sick enough apparently.

Never said it was your problem, I don’t really give a shite what you think - however - the 3 month thing is not on any of the paperwork that was sent out to businesses on how to handle Covid
And at least once or twice - it was his roommates that tested positive - so according to guidelines he has to stay home - and the employer doesn’t even need proof of that
Not really sure why you are arguing with me - people are taking advantage of this situation, especially when there is extra unemployment money to be had

Yes - my husband has fired him

The new dishwasher was high when he showed up - so it looks like I’ll have to go help out tonight

Stoned dishwashers are the best. Very meticulous.

Um, no. Usually they don’t give a shite, clean the stuff half assed, and can’t keep up.
If he wouldve been meticulous then he wouldn’t have been fired.

Enforcer?
That fat frick looks like he was picked on all day in middle school. Teedy probably gives him the attention his dad and mom refused to.

If you fire everyone who works in the service industry for showing up high you wouldn’t have any staff left

Yes I know - it’s hard. But the ones on uppers are a lot more useful than the stoners who sit there and drool.
