My wife is supposed to leave Little Rock around 8 to drive home to Mandeville. Think it's ok or should she stay another night?

Storm should be passed by then. I would be scared of road debris though.

Leaving at 8 o'clock tonight??? I wouldn't make that drive that late if the weather was perfect. Long arse drive.

My brother just left Dallas and is heading to New Orleans. Anything to worry about the next few hours heading down or will it pass by then?

About the time she'll be hitting Vicksburg (11-12):
about the time she'll be getting to Mandeville (2-3):
ETA: In case the pictures don't make the answer clear, I'd advise against making that drive tonight unless she absolutely had to do so.

Does anyone have a projected path that this storm system takes before it dies out? I know it's supposed to hit Jackson, MS -- is it going north or east from there?

Thanks, she's decided to stay.
My son is in a tennis tournament and she was hoping to get him back for school because they are doing SAT testing tomorrow, but they can let him take it later.
