Use a combo of reflectivity, velocity, and storm relative velocity. Scan all tilts, start with 0.5, which is your base.

Here we go again. This thread is about a tornado threat, had there not already been two tornado warnings, I wouldn't have even started this thread. Nobody starts threads for simple thunderstorms, and if they do, they shouldn't. Then again, it's a free country.

Welcome to PYKL3. It's a go-to product for me. And yes, assuming you are already looking at Slidell or Fort Polk radar, select products (second button from left) and Storm Rel. Mot. Tilt 1. Makes more visual sense if you then hit play button on the bottom. Enjoy.

That was a tropical depression that moved over to us. Everytime there is a chance of rain a thread has to be started and God forbid if lightning is involved with some wind.

It varies depending on which radar location you select and the the position of the storm relative to the radar location, I think.
