I’ve discussed that before with friends. Obion , Dyer County and especially Jackson, TN seem to get wrecked more often than not.

Yes.

But to a more micro-level aspect, a line going over the Mississippi hits the bluffs at Memphis and almost never breaks inside I-240. Metro Memphis can still see touch downs.

But you are largely correct, as is Rebel. Those bluffs protect central Memphis.

We missed the first wave that hit Frankfort. Confirmed tornado touchdown there.

This dual tornado touchdown in Bowling Green that seems to be sitting over them looks like it's headed directly for us here in Lexington. I'm not going to bed any time soon tonight.

side track the weather but if you bass fish go all the way down yellow creek and there is a bend right before it turns into the Tombigbee waterway. Before Scruggs boat ramp... Old dudes call it the cow pasture. Holds tons of bass. Also don't know if you remember but 2 years ago goat island in yellow creek got hit hard by a tornado. Made crappoe fishing fantastic but screwd up some folks docks around that area. Also made it dangerous to run wide open for a few months nearby. Same storm took down several trees on my friend's property east of Corinth. Destroyed his pool cause 4 pines fell right on it.

Yep, know all about both

It led to one of the dumbass Karens on the Pickwick Facebook page asking who was gonna care for the goats that she was concerned about them as there were so many downed trees on the island

Bitch them goats will climb all over them trees like they are walking on flat arse ground

Alright not even any severe thunderstorm warnings anywhere headed my way, think I’m gonna try to get some sleep. With this tin roof im sure I’ll wake up as soon as it starts raining anyways

As always appreciate all the effort everyone puts into this thread, it helps more people than we realize
