Wish a storm spotter would confirm this radar-indicated tornado.

We expect storm initiation within the next 30-60 minutes as the dry line, now near the AL/MS line, moves eastward.

Storms coming off the dryline circulation should be more discrete initially. Seems like this could be problematic.

No flights are being allowed to land in Atlanta, Augusta and Columbia and are being diverted.

They, particularly Spann, started hyping this up on Monday that it was going to be soo bad, but it hasn't been close to that.

Maybe. I follow him on Facebook, and last night when I got home was the first I had heard of it. My wife had heard from someone it was going to be bad, but it wasn't some massive warning for days on end. It was the typical, hey its spring time in Alabama and we may get severe weather in a day or two.

I'm between Muscle Shoals and Decatur Alabama right now. Not bad yet but the temp is 82 and the clouds are increasing fast! Hopefully can make it to where I'm headed safely.

He's pissed Spann missed Snowmaggedon while also being pissed when an event is a bust

That was just an example of how everything Spann says should be taken with a grain of salt. Just because he says something does not make it automatic like some sheeple think

Wouldn't worry too much. Probably just hype.

Ppl just don't know, amirite?

Injuries in Johnston, SC. They were hit with a tornado day before yesterday as well.

Some of these supercells are showing hail up to 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

What scares me is the worst will probably be here after dark.

Just heard Johnston County in Georgia has also issued a state of emergency due to tornado damage. Not sure about the validity of that one, though.
