You don't see how that could easily be explained as someone flashed brights at them to get them to move out of the way, they freaked out, and confused another car as "waiting" for them? How would they even know it was the same car if the brights were on preventing them from seeing it?

I live uptown near Tulane and car breakin’s have been out of control. I drove down Eleanor this morning and counted 3 smashed windows. My neighbor on Constance Tahoe was stolen a few weeks ago. Another neighbor with a Tesla had his window smashed in the same night the Tahoe was stolen. Nextdoor app uptown has been out of control with break in stories. We have surveillance video of suspicious people walking down our street between 1 and 3am. One of these idiots, most likely teens, is going to get killed.
