we weren't much at cussing yet in the sixth grade but when we found out the teacher was resigning there was like a simultaneous "what a fricking pussy!" from about 3-4 of us, then hysterical laughter, kind of caught a proud

She had to find a new career after SeaWorld ended her previous position.

I finished school in December, so my first teaching job started at the beginning of the second semester at a pretty rough high school. The students had made the guy that I replaced quit. I was told by both fellow teachers and students that they literally had this guy hiding under his desk every class period of the day. As evidenced by comments in this thread, kids can be fricking brutal, and they would never behave that way in any other environment other than school.

thing is today, just what I've heard from teachers and seen video of, it's an entirely different level, we weren't vicious, we were hysterical, it was like a classroom with about 10-12 aspiring standup comedians, we were unruly but in a PG sort of way, no threats of violence or anything close to it

Exactly. Why is she allowing a bunch of kids to have so much power over her? They made her take paid leave because they own her. She sounds like a weak minded pathetic snowflake. Maybe she should get a gym membership and after a year of working out/dieting she can get a guy.
