Best ones I ever tried were from Red Wing. They were too expensive for my taste, though. $65 Guess I'm cheep 
But if you're willing to spend that, they felt better than any insole I ever tried. The Red Wing store in Lafayette had this electronic device that fit the boots and recommended the specific orthotic insole.
If you're just looking for regular type insoles I personally prefer the memory foam type over the gel type.
