Great company. Those fricking Kindles are a pain in my arse. Kids always asking for in game purchases or new games.

Their customer service is easily one of the best. In a way the are sort of at that level of walmart where its easier, cheaper, and better for business PR-wise to take back anything/refund money no questions asked than to give people a hassle.

Yeah that's some good customer service. Amazon is definitely all about taking care of people since they know the lifetime value of retaining a customer.
Also your son doesn't have the legal capacity to make purchases so they would've lost in a court case...
