They're just pissed that some ordinary person can deal with things much quicker and efficiently than any government can. Poor babies with rabies.

Agreed, probably cost the fella $10 in chemicals to get rid of them. Now the DPW is "planning on picking up the carcasses soon". Theyll probably be there another 3 weeks.
