Looks like the rats met an untimely end and the City-Parish is pissed somebody beat them to it.

They're just pissed that some ordinary person can deal with things much quicker and efficiently than any government can. Poor babies with rabies.

Agreed, probably cost the fella $10 in chemicals to get rid of them. Now the DPW is "planning on picking up the carcasses soon". Theyll probably be there another 3 weeks.

I bet the manager of either the McDonalds, the Walgreens, or that Walmart poisoned them.

Good for them. That was a nasty infestation.

DPW would have screwed around another 3 weeks.
