Dude, I am rated Fluent in German through the DOD. these assholes say I can't take it or receive credit, but the spanish speaking kids sure as hell get credit for spanish.. I'm calling racism against whitey on this..but what really takes the cake, is that the only reason they know about the DOD certification is because it's on my military transcript, for which they refuse to give me any credit at all..
TLDR; I'm mad, gonna take a break from studying and take a nap, maybe eat a snickers.
