The balcony is 1,000 square feet and runs the length of the penthouse full of air pollution. You could not pay me to sit on on that thing. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of light and views. It also allows lots of bugs to accumulate.

Read PENTHOUSE and legit thought he had bought a strip club. I was like "atta boy" and then read the OP and was disappoint.
