A million gallon tank would be the equivalent to almost 72 frac tanks. Unheard of

A million gallon tank is the equivalent to a 30k bbl tank barge. Those barges are 297'x54'x12. There's no way they had a 1milion gallon tank buried underground

My favorite news story of the day.

Last week,

"17 of the city's vital pumps are down."

Today,

"104 of the city's 120 pumps are now functional."

...and keep it buried. If levels of fuel get too low the damn thing would float up. I've seen this with fuel storage tanks in east Arkansas while re-plumbing gas stations. We replaced the all the steel plumbing with fiberglass lines. Several tanks floated when emptied when the ground was saturated.
