It does have a collar so it's not really "stray". And I know who it belongs to, I just don't understand why they let the thing just roam around. My neighbor says it sleeps on top of his truck and two or three times a week he has foot prints going up his windshield. He went talk to them and they told him they keep him inside, but lets him go outside for "a little while" at night, but i've seen it out before going to bed and then the next morning he is still between my house and my neighbor's....
