re: Tipping etiquette on massages?

I strip all the way down. My therapist does back walking (which is amazing by the way), and so she's slipping and sliding from shoulders to calves and the boxers would get in the way. I've never worn boxers during a massage, but the first time I had this lady, I was caught off guard when she just straight up yanked the towel off my arse before she did the back walk. I thought I was going to get extras, but nope, just had to remove the towel in order to do the backwalk.
