I’m fluent as well, and it definitely is used as “uh”. My fluency is in English, though.
Sold myself a little short; I’m semi-fluent in Pig Latin.

The English word for knowing two languages is “Bilingual”.
The English word for knowing three languages is “Trilingual”.
But does anyone know the English word for someone who knows only one language?
