TIL: Many folks at KKK rallies aren’t in the KKK

They pay folks to protest/rally for them. Additionally, I learned the purpose of a KKK rally. The purpose is to antagonize the other side so that they end up doing something stupid in order to sway more people to the KKK cause. Lastly, rally’s are the main way the KKK makes their money. A lot of times, cities and towns will pay them to not protest in their city not only because of the clusterfrick but because of the money that goes into protecting their freedom of speech.
