So it was 3 or 4 am and he still had sunglasses on his hat.
I'm not sure I believe he didn't have alcohol in his system. That seems like he cut a deal.
Everything about what I just saw tells me he was partying having fun in the sun and the party lasted until the early morning.
Probably was on some yacht off of Jupiter and no telling where he was driving.

Even when sober, should you take the sobriety test or ask to be taken in for a blood test? I passed it once before but I was shaking because it's just a spooky experience.
(I know state laws vary, just a verrrry general question)

Yeah you can take all the opiates you want, they wont make you act like that. It might be an opiate mixed with either ambien or some benzos

Somebody ruffied ol' Tiger.
I sorta believe him on the bad prescription mixture. He's not hammered on alcohol and acting the way he is. Of course he was wrecked on the side of the road and could have been passed out a while. Getting woken up an hour into a drunken sleep would be somewhat like that. Cop said he smelled alcohol pretty bad when Tiger said he hadn't had anything to drink.
