Ravens/crows are an especially fascinating study.
From all the new knowledge about plants/fungi, it is pretty obvious there is at least a higher level spatial/resources consciousness in everything, an underlying latticework on which the entire ecosystem lives off of.

That really isn’t an answer as much as a conclusion or description . Or basic anthropomorphism.
The questions are: is it somehow an actual imitation of humans? Is there a potential survival explanation? I guess I should read the article.
