Thoughts on the name Roberta Leigh?

Our baby girl is due 2 weeks from now and this was the name I proposed. Our agreed upon rule was that she would get final say on the first name and I would pick the middle name, since I picked our boys first name. She wants to name her Roberta after her father and I almost immediately chose Leigh.

Shes having none of it because she thinks our daughter may get targeted with a name like that or be at a disadvantage in a progressively more easily offended society.

My response was that he will be removed altogether from history by the time shes old enough to ever be at any disadvantage...and even more of a reason to keep his memory alive. A frick you to the idiots trying to erase history. Also, I doubt most people would even make the connection. Theres never been a historical figure so wildly misunderstood. My wife is no idiot and knows how honorable of a man Robert E Lee was. She read Clouds of Glory. Shes not opposed to honoring a great man, just the potential consequences for our daughter.

Am I being unreasonable here? I think it's a great name and shouldn't be scrapped as a possible name just because some snow flakes might get offended.
