not like that, that’s why we have a criminal justice system

so went to look it up and found the below

and I found the below.
quote:

Dr. Andrew Baker, who has been the chief medical examiner in Hennepin County since 2004, said Floyd had severe underlying heart disease and an enlarged heart that needed more oxygen than normal to function, as well as narrowing of his coronary arteries.

Baker did not include a lack of oxygen, or asphyxia, as a cause of Floyd's death.
also, he had at least 2 other drugs in his system, one off which was meth, which amplify the effects of other drugs when combined. Synergism. Any addiction expert can tell you all about it.

The medical examiner at the trial concluded the at Floyd died from “positional asphyxia” calling me a liar regarding this is factually wrong

I posted direct evidence from CNN that says he didn’t.

What evidence have you posted to support your claim?

So explain to us how Floyd overdosed during his prior arrest just a few months before and had to be hospitalized for days to recover?

there's a reason he hasn't replied to this point.

That being the one Floyd’s family paid, or had other people pay, to do an independent autopsy?

Yeah, that’s who you should be going with.

It can’t be because that examiner didn’t testify at the trial. He specifically said “testified at the trial”

The only examiner who testified was doctor baker who did the official autopsy.

What are the signs of an opiate overdose?

i think you mean opiate combined with meth, sparky.

Why don't you ask the doctors who saved him from overdosing on fentanyl a few months before? Or address that issue at all?

I’d also like to clarify one of my statements

In a prior arrest in 2019 officers saw floyd eating a bunch of pills. Floyd admitted to the paramedic that he was eating a bunch of opioids during the arrest and he was hospitalized with a very high blood pressure for a few hours.

Google symptoms of an opiate overdose

What does this have to do with excited delirium? They're two things working in tandem, and the ex-DS sort of "overrides" the typical signs of an opioid overdose. Plus Floyd had multiple other drugs in his system, like meth.

Not sure why you keep harping on the signs of an opiate overdose when it's not relevant and doesn't prove or disprove anything anyone is trying to say here. It's a failed whataboutism but you keep repeating it like it means anything.

But let me ask you a question.

In Floyd’s prior arrest where he admitted to eating all the drugs to hide the evidence…

Why was he hospitalized with an extremely high blood pressure?

He said he took opioids

Do opioids cause high blood pressure?
