well I’ll say that the ‘a-hole’ type comments on here is probably closer to 75% just being a dick and 25% with some more truths to the a-hole hard truth comments.....

That said, you’re attractive and 95% is the nexkbeards on here are just jealous they aren’t in your drawz

I honestly think sex, diet, exercise, and a hobby should be tried first before any type of drug

Because i just feel ugly and fat all the time. Yes i am married. Just bc i am married doesnt mean i should give up trying to look good.

I feel your pain iluv. I obsess over older pics of me and how much thinner and prettier I looked in those pics.
I feel like I've totally let my husband down by not looking like that same person in those pics. My husband and I promised each other before we got married we would never let ourselves go. That we would always do our best to remain attractive to one another.

Then life happened. Got off birth control to try and start a family to find out I have PCOS. Started gaining weight once I got off the pill. Lovely thing about PCOS(besides the whole infertility aspect of it)...you gain weight and because your hormones are so fricked up...it's much more difficult to lose the weight compared to women without it. Then add fertility meds, stress, etc....and now I'm looking at 20 lbs of weight that should have never gotten there in the first place.

I've always been really obsessed about my weight. Looking back at old pics of me...I wanna be as "fat" as I thought I was in those older pics. I always said I needed to lose weight and people would comment "no you don't, look at you!" Now when I say that...I don't hear those comments anymore(which means they agree I could stand to lose a few pounds now)

I could get back on the pill and a lot of the PCOS symptoms would more than likely go away. Would make it a lot easier to lose weight as well. But then I can't get pregnant. Some days I feel myself being sucked into a depression over the whole thing(gaining weight, infertility, feeling old and ugly).

That is generally what the people I saw in college after losing a few close friends in a short period suggested first but did give me a very small dose of something to help me sleep. Never really stuck with the meetings and what not - also self medicated and didn't actually deal with my problems for a very, very long time.

It boils down to a variety of factors but exercise absolutely reduces cortisol levels. But mix in laziness, addiction, anxiety disorders, etc. and the water gets murky.

From experience and stuff ive read, work is the best cure for depression, especially if its something you enjoy doing

There are cases that medication is definitely needed. I think that we dish out medication to easily when all people need to do is eat better, get out, and get laid.

Has anyone cured their symptoms from exercise or has it been totally ineffective?

Exercise is health and should not be considered on its own as a fix without diet. Exercise without diet is probably not going to do anything but exercise and diet often go hand in hand. Government recommended diet is going to make you unhealthy and depressed.

A good way to avoid weight

Don't marry into a traditional Italian or Hispanic family. The amount of food cooked although delicious is wayyyy too much.

Now that I'm a dad I need and want to get back in shape again, so I can be her role model.

It's starting to come off its just going to take more time
