Been taking 2000mg of Vitamin C and a Centrum multivitamin every day since 1987 and 1 Vitamin D (125mg/5000iu) daily starting around 2016.

I've had one cold in the mid-'90s. Other than that is a scratchy throat that I only take 1 or 2 Ricola's to get rid of it.

Do you take this in addition to a multivitamin? I recently bought a MV that has all this already. Would that be overkill?

Anyone feel that this has been helpful?

I do. Also a daily Allegra, and a nightly spray of Nasacort. Neil Med nasal rinse daily. Better fall and winter than in years. Plus just had 2nd Covid - Moderna vaccine. Best I can do for my old self.

I’m on nasal spray and Zyrtec but my issues are my eyes. I used Pataday and other allergy eye drops but at certain times of the year it’s downright brutal.

If we are being honest, the past fall and winter were good for a lot of people because of the masks and all the restrictions. But I digress.

I’d like to get on a vitamin regimen. Juat want to know if I’m doing too much/harmful side effects.
