I completed it the first day one could complete it. We are back in the house.

At first I didn't qualify because I have Dwelling Flood Insurance, but I received an email the other day stating that now, due to JBE pushing for insured households to be added to the mix, that I fall under Phase IV. No additional questionnaire yet.

I think he did that because not enough people signed up for the survey. He asked for all this money to be used specifically for residents and now very few are signing up.

I believe too many got burned by the other scam jobs that the state and FEMA approved and said no thanks.

Flooded, had insurance, sold house gutted and as is, buying another house no where near there. Not filling out survey. If you have insurance and a decent job, you do not qualify for much other than an SBA loan and insurance rate hike.

So it's been well over a month since the "inspection"... still nothing.

This is such a fricking joke. Where the hell is all of the money going that congress released last April??????
