Most violent encounters are won by the person most prepared for it when it starts.
Ole boy just wasn't ready, was outnumbered, fumbled the draw, etc. There were a number of things he could have done better. Almost all of them. Being on the bike for a quick getaway is about the only bright spot for him.

I'd assume in certain locales across America, that'd be deemed excessive, and the couple could be facing assault charges, while the would be mugger would be released with a no bail DA in charge.

Impressed they could beat on him that long. I’d had to shoot him bc my fat arse couldn’t sustain beating on someone for that long.
