Not this particular incident. These cops were total assholes and the guy cop should actually be arrested. I still can't figure out why that phone call triggered his reaction. However, anytime ANYONE is trying to get into a garage with a shovel it's going to look bad. That's just life.

Btw, has the mom ever backed his story of he was checking on his dog and he was there to get money from her?

Do you honestly think the war on drugs was intended to disenfranchise blacks? You don't think it may have been intended to curb rampant gang warfare in urban areas?

Now application of the law was certainly biased, but I think it would be foolish to act like the WOD was primarily motivated to keep down black people.

You are hopelessly indoctrinated and live in a fantasy world.

The overwhelming majority of white people don't care about "white people," much less black people. They care more about people in general.

You're confusing cultural issues with racism. A common mistake among the misinformed and easily influenced.

Go back and read instead of just name calling. But you WILL NOT do it because it will not benefit you.

Was he under arrest? Was he being detained? Why couldn't he call someone over?

It's racism, correct?

This never happens to white people.

You are so full of shite. Name 5 of the studies you have read to help your formulate the conclusion that there is no systemic racism in the police department.

Do you know how much shite I read? Do you know how many political debates/discussions I watch across the entire spectrum of subjects? Yes, let me recall offhand these debates, figures, and studies here for this OT thread with a poster I'm quite familiar with as being intransigent.

What I can do is make rational arguments and substantiate them with knowledge acquired over time and the scientific method. You? Not so much. Like many other short minded, wannabe political analysts from the left, you seek to discredit people as a justification for NOT being capable of defending a position from critical, inconvenient analysis.

It's pretty apparent when engaging in discourse who has a grasp of logic, critical thinking, and information to support a given line of thinking.

Sure Rondo. There are approximately 330 million Americans. A lot of fricked up shite happens. Because humanity. I don't know a single male that doesn't have a story of an unpleasant encounter with a cop. I had a black cop go postal on me last year, he cursed me out before I ever said a word. That's no reason to ascribe to the Cultural Marxist tribal solution to everything .

I have nothing to neither support or refute that claim, however there are a lot of people in positions of power that do practice systemic racism.

I firmly believe that you cannot be racist without the power to affected the people you hate. Bigotry is not racism.

Until all sides (white, black and blue)admit that they all have issues to correct within our society we will be stuck with the same problems.

Maybe because 95% of the time, what they're doing isn't criminal.

See how that works?

Yes, and your definition of racism isn't the definition of racism either.

Racism is the belief in the inherent superiority or inferiority of one race over another. It's been simplified to include conduct (which can be indicative of racism but is wrongly deemed to be racism in and of itself), or, like you and others do, inferred from systems without regard to motivations or intentions.

Which, of course, is not actual racism. It may be inherent bias or prejudice, but if not done with an eye toward recognition of the innate inferiority/superiority of one race over another, it's merely a tool used by the left to stigmatize and devalue systems.

If you believe you're superior on account of your blackness, you're absolutely a racist. If you disagree with this on the basis that you lack political power to harm white people, that's called "being wrong."

Link me up on this. I want to see where I said it. Racism exists, but nowhere near the level you believe in your paranoia. You are indoctrinated and filled with fear and hatred.

There are many who don't. It's not systematic.

We have a sorta black president. I suppose his bigotry could be called racism, eh?
