Didn't see it but yes, it's racist. It's also short sighted in that "black culture" has done a lot for the collective culture of the country.

The hilarious part of this attempt at humor from you is that I was literally a "guardian" for scared coeds when they'd walk across campus at night. Corps of Cadets has a program where a cadet would accompany a girl wherever they'd want to go on campus as a reassurance. Whichever ROTC outfit was on duty that night would send a cadet. Did more walking outside at night than most, probably.
