She called her boyfriend's penis "relatively small." I suppose you could read that two ways: relatively small compared to his fat stomach or relatively small compared to the average joe.
Regardless, perhaps what you say should be flipped for clarification: the size of his gut relative to his penis is HUGE.

That was probably the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. Also, that last story about the anime convention was most certainly a work of fiction. I don't believe for a second that actually happened.
