I just got a new black garbage can dropped off with the city of Nola logo on the side and they are picking up the green Richard's disposable can. Y'all know what's up with this? A new contract?

I watched a couple shows on Fuse the other night called 'trafficking'. Probably the most I've watched any TV in over a year besides documentaries online or sports.
