The A/C response was terrible.

Very entertaining game today. I thought Matt was destined to win when he answered that final $2000 question to pull ahead by $200. With "US Landmarks" I would have bet the farm, and I did get "what is the Space Needle" because I remember the big story back in 1962 in my Weekly Reader. Strange that nobody got it.

Matt was really off his game today... got beat on the buzzer many times by the eventual winner. Still, one of the greatest champions I've seen.

I can't believe two of them, especially Matt, guessed something NASA related. The year was 1962. NASA had been around since the 50s. He has to know that.. The pressure got to him.

Matt's Final Jeopardy answer was weird. He obviously saw that 2012 - 50 = 1962 and that John Kennedy was relevant in that year. But the Kennedy Center would not have opened until later... in memoriam. Maybe he thought it might have been renamed from something else.

Joel McHale on The Soup has been goofing on this guy for the last two weeks. The intro segments are hilarious. Matt starts with no expression, then slowly forms a serial killer grin as the camera zooms in. Every time. They played about 5 in a row.

I would Lol every time. It's a shame he lost. Jeopardy needs a smart guy on a streak to be relevant. It's fun to have someone to root for.

Uh, not really true at all.

Very true though. Or a villian.

Ratings are way up when someone is on a streak. For Gods sake there was a 10 page Jeopardy thread on the OT.

To be more than just a normal night, sure. But it still gets ratings. It's a great show.
