I may have to get one; our dog is a small Shih Tzu/Bichon mix (a Teddy bear) and hates big black dogs; I have no idea why. I can only imagine what this collar would translate his barks to be

I’d buy one in a heartbeat, IF it would guarantee to immediately strangle the shite out of my neighbors fricking POS at the first bark and scream right in its fricking head “bark again and you will die”....

I was thinking, that you could leave the cussing turned off, while your dog was running out, and just let the dog bark. Then when he got to that spot where he stops, just a distance away from whoever the visitor is, you hit the button and turn the cussing on.
