He was born in July of '50, I would say they peaked 85-86, he was 35, 32 when he had his first hit...

He was 29 when their first album came out and only 33 when they released their biggest album, Sports.

He was still in his 30's when their career popularity ended.

As far as WATW... A ton of legendary talent but I'd argue Steve Perry has the purest voice out the entire group.
