If you're looking for a small town that stands on its own then I like Glenwood Springs.

or Telluride if you can take the altitude:

As far as a town that is a suburb of Denver, then I like Golden:

Thank you for asking. He's been clean a little over a year, thanks to Palmetto. He spent 5 months in half way house and is now in school at ULM and doing great. He's watched some people die who have been thru treatment with him and have relapsed. Maybe that scared him. I still worry though because I know it's going to be a life time battle.

Yeah, and Louisiana is the culmination of Republican success and light to the world

OP..Colorado is insanely gorgeous, one of the fittest states in America, very clean and littered with quiet Rocky Mountain small towns all over the place and all the outdoor activities one could want minus the beach scene.

Good luck

This. I wish my wife could handle cold weather because I think Colorado has a lot to offer.

Fort Collins or if you want to be close to skiing and away from "culture" Durango.

I was surprised by the biking lane system. You can almost bike between any two cities anywhere in the state. They even had lanes along the I-70 to ride on.
