guess you haven't been to Freemont lately? looks like where they do the VN war reenactments seriously, looks like a war zone, I'm sure renovations, rebuilds are coming but Vegas has really gone down the shitter since the mob lost control of that place

Hate the way they have their dispensaries setup. If you don't have a rental car it'll cost you 30 bucks round trip for a Lyft just to get the devils lettuce.

Their prices are very much frick you very much.

I walked to Nuwu dispensary from the D hotel downtown/Fremont. It was less than a mile.

Went to Vegas twice last year and had a much better time on Fremont than the strip. Too many damn kids and scooters. It didn't look anymore like a war zone than the French Quarter or Beale St.

I went for the LSU hoops game a few weeks ago. Averaged over 10 miles a day walking. There’s too much to do in a couple days.

was there for a couple of weeks over the last few months for bidness, after not having been there for a while, I always enjoyed old LV so I decided to drive down to Freemont the morning after I got there to do a little recon, it pretty much isn't there anymore, very depressing, looked like the 'hood, as I said, I'm sure rebuilding is on the way but there's not much there anymore, and the little "mall" type set up at Freemont and the strip is like a cheap little arcade with a couple of seedy bars and gift shops

Stayed at NY NY. Nothing that close. Had to take a Lyft.

Next time I'll make my purchase on my ride to the hotel and just tack on extra 10 buck instead of the 30 it cost me from the hotel.

Eta....hopefully by Nov the prices have come down some.

when I was just there they seemed to have a flat rate on Lyft, everywhere I went in the vicinity of the strip was $8.49

It was OBSCENE driving just to get away from the strip. That and my Cuban driver whom spoke little English didn't know his a-hole from a hole in the ground. I kept having to direct him.

He had me a bit ticked off. That joint never tasted so good

I rented a Harley for two days for like $125 and rode up in the hills north of town one day and around lake mead and Hoover dam the next. Helicopter into the canyon was pretty cool too.

Actually gambling is not the #1 money maker in Vegas anymore, it's entertainment. There are a lot of things to do, but it all depends on what you are looking for, where you will be staying and how long you will be there? You can make a day and a half out of just going through all the hotels/casinos on the strip. They all have something unique.

If you are into sports gambling, I recommend going to the Sports Book room at the Cosmopolitan. It is the newest one on the strip. The reason I like it is because they have a crawl that can be seen throughout the casino on the first floor (I think you can even play beer pong and cornhole there...lol. The first time I ever been to that one was this past summer and there were people playing).

If you go to the Cosmopolitan and you looking to eat dinner, there is a place on the 3rd floor called STK. It's not cheap, in fact, I think it's overpriced compared to the quality of meat that they serve.. But it's a restaurant/club so there is a dj in there, the time I went the dj was pretty good. He was mixing a lot of current music with older music..

If you want to go to a show, there are the Cirque Du Soleil shows. It might not be for everyone, but I liked "O" at the Bellagio. Someone I know, who has seen both said that they enjoyed KA better than "O". Depending on whether or not you are a fan, if you are, they also have a Michael Jackson show called "One" at Mandalay Bay. It's work going see if you are a fan. There is a The Beatles show, haven't seen it, but again, if you are a fan.. I am sure it's worth it.

There is one called Zumanity, that is about sexuality and I think it's rated MA. From what I understand it is really good, but just know what you are going see before you actually decide going see it.

There are things like going up to the Eiffel tower at Paris, Paris. It gives you a good view to see the water show at the Bellagio. You can also go on the High Roller. If you go on the High Roller, it's best to go at night.. If you would prefer to be with just your party, it's best to go within the last hour they are open. First, it's at night, so it's a better scene to see the city with all it's lights and it isn't as crowded in the pod.

If you enjoy playing Hold'em tournaments, Treasure Island is the only place that has them every day. It's 3 or 4 times a day. I know for sure one is at noon.. It might actually be noon, 3PM, & 6PM... Maybe one more, you can find it on their site.

There is old Vegas, which is pretty much Las Vegas's version of bourbon street. Some people prefer it. Some say the machines are "looser" there, which I have no idea of that's true. You can skyline there.

If you are with a group of people, yall can go play this.
Apocalypse Vegas

Lady GaGa has a residence there now. You can see if Gwen Stefani will be there when you go, if you like her.. But check to see what live events will be there the time you go. Las Vegas is pretty much on everyone's tour schedule.

Right now, you can go check out The Golden Knights, if they have a home game. I am not a huge hockey fan, but I will go if I ever get the opportunity, just because I have heard NHL games are fun.

But really, it's all in what you are into. Mandalay Bay has a shark exhibit. I think the Mirage is where they have a zoo. The Count's custom cars (dude on the history channel), his place is almost right behind the Bellagio.

I would think someone so familiar with an attraction would at least know how to spell it correctly.

Probably just more of your bullshite?
