If you make noises while you eat, I am actively thinking of ways to murder you and dispose of the body. Especially smacking your lips.
I have to get up and leave from the sound because I get so irrationally angry about it. I cannot ignore it or tune it out, and if for some reason I can't get away from it, I will only be able to keep silent about it for a few moments before I say something.
It's a physical reaction, and I could almost envision a scenario where I could become violent if I were to be unable to get away from it.
I wonder if there is a psychological diagnosis for this ailment.
