They are taking some units near me offline that collectively make 1000 MW with nothing to replace it due to the government.

All the battery ND electric shite they want and we are removing power from the grid...

Sorry for the misread. They want to lease 900 acres, but only a small percentage will actually be developed into the solar farm. The developmental phase will determine this. It can be less than 200 acres for all we know.

It’s about time that someone start investigating NextEra, they are the largest renewable energy company and collect billions of taxpayer dollars from the government. When you research were government subsidies go, NextEra is parent company of 90 percent of the companies.
They must have direct connections to someone in government and are becoming a monopoly in renewable power using tax dollars to do it.

Thanks - we have around 400 acres that we may make available for something other than a deer lease if another mineral lease doesn’t materialize.
A nice long term lease may be a little something to leave for the next generation.
