Many folks in Texas are good about pulling over a bit and letting faster cars go by.

That shite blew my mind when I moved here. Also the non-shittyness of the roads. The “back road” to my deer lease has a 75mph limit, full shoulders, a few passing lanes, and people doing 70-75 will routinely drive on the shoulder to let me pass when I come up behind them at 80-85.
