There’s a set up like that in North Charleston with Zaxby’s in the mix as well. CFA is the busiest, followed by Zaxby’s and then Popeye’s, as is expected.
Same thing in Gastonia, NC. All three in the same parking lot of a Sams club/Academy sports. Same level of business as you described.

Taco Bell and Wendy's have been great in a pinch for me.

"I was working like a slave in the back prepping the buns with pickles and the spicy mayo," one 18-year-old Popeyes crew member in Orange County, California, toldBusiness Insider.
So all he had to do was spread mayo and place a couple pickles on a bun repeatedly?
His ancestors who chopped cotton from daylight to dusk in 100 degree heat are rolling in their graves at this slave comment

Popeye's better sandwich but the service is horrible.
And now they are "out"?
Business classes will us this situation as a textbook example of how not to ruin your product/service.

God forbid you go to work and actually have to work.

That's what I have been wondering about. For $8 per hour, they make a little chicken, pack a few containers with red beans, and lackadaisically provide the worst service in the fast food industry. Now, they have to stay at it and hurry. They are easily working twice as hard as normal.
Has their pay and benefit structure doubled up?

quote:Yea, I'm sure that comment was meant to be taken literally. No way that worker was just using it as a saying for extra emphasis.
I’m sure slaves were out in the hundred degree heat Picking row after row of tobacco and cotton from dusk until dawn thinking,
“At least I don’t have to be in an air-conditioned building dropping chicken into grease while I play on my phone and put some Mayo on bread buns.”

and the reporter had to get out of their car and return to the store, to say that the comment they received was for someone else (and demand their comment).
