The nextdoor app is the most troll able thing in the world. Bored housewives, many many many gay men, and old cranks in a constant battle over fence staining, trash, whether or not to feed ducks, lost cats, and suspicious "white vans".
Also "neighbors" are not the same as they were 30 years ago. I live next door to a pretty nice couple but they have been in our house once in 4 years.
