So lack of impulse control is an excuse for breaking the law? Only watched half the video…fatigue.

Yeah, no fricking shite. That is the problem...all logic and reason and civility go out the window and you don't see others as human fricking beings.
Apologizing for trying to stomp someone's head in doesn't erase anything. That's assault by all of them, if not more serious charges. As I always say, when you are fighting someone and they are on the ground defenseless, and you start stomping on their head...that is attempted murder. And I hope that one lady catches a fricking charge for that bullshite.
