The cost of living is crazy expensive right now. I think we'll have a massive correction in things like housing before long.

Unfortunately, that's going to come with a high unemployment rate. The average family is unable to buy an average house or vehicle. A correction/recession is the only possible outcome.

I’m 38 and own a small business with 10 employees. All these 20 year olds do is bitch about how they can’t have a new G wagon or a big house. No shite, you have to work towards that. I lived with my damn parents for 4 years in my late twenties early thirties to save enough to start my business. shite was no fun. Nothing to do with fricking luck. Luck is for losers

I don’t care about Netflix but paying for a shirt in 4 payments is never wise. Going on vacation every single year is not wise when you are broke. The list is long and distinguished and you break every single rule.

You and you alone are at fault for any money issues that may arise. You don’t have to buy a house, buy a nice trailer and live there a couple years.

But nope, yall have to much pride. Pride commith

I graduated in 2009. I guess they forget what happened in 2008-2009 although they love to reference the housing crash

This is why I prefer the illegals over these entitled shits.

I know the Hispanics will work and not let pride get in the way of the money.

They have all the answers in their hand a know none.

The government was bailing out companies for going under. They don’t even understand what that means apparently.

But frick us right?

It’s crazy for everyone across the board though.

You have to cut out expenses that are dead weight.

Eating out is what kills the majority of people along with their car note. But because of the people who raised these kids all are entitled to the new Lexus SUV or Land Cruiser etc.

A lot of the problem we are having is because parents never taught their kids about finance.

Besides our Lord and Saviour my father teaching about finance was the most important knowledge I’ve ever obtained and most of it is from the Bible.

The people who grew up in the 90's don't know how people lived in the 90's?

Yall need to figure out who you are ridiculing. 30 year olds riding around in moms range rover were born in '95 and mom was born in '70 and is the one who spent all the money.

Thanks for helping make my point I guess? Mom born in '70 was lucky af and kid born in '95 graduated college on the eve of covid and won't be given shite. Better pull up his damn bootstraps!

Yall are bagging on everybody who was trying to get planted on both ends of covid, massive inflation, and shite employment options. They were told to learn to code, so they did, and they're being replaced by pajeet and AI. They were told to go to college so they did, and found out their degree is worth less than they spent on it. They were told to learn a trade, so they did, and found out that entry level trade jobs dont pay shite and promotion opportunity is plugged up with old frickers who refuse to retire.

The kids right now are getting fricked long dick style and I dont understand why yall have such a hard time admitting it. Again, if you owned a home prior to 2019, you got lucky as frick.

This is exactly the problem. So I’m mid 40s and constantly hear old timers talk about interest rates being 10%+ for a time. My response is always, yea and you made a good living even back then 30-40 years ago and fhe cost of some homes were less than a car or my annual grocery bill.

Please don’t ever include me in yall. I do not think like most of these clowns and I don’t let anyone not even Trump just lead me around like a stray.

I didn’t do any of this. I’m in the same boat as you. I pay the same price you pay for the same goods mejo. No one feels bad. We all are paying the toll.

I know this, if you put that work in and live low you will prosper. It will take a long time and I know that doesn’t sound good now but it feels good then.

You must admit they were sharp to go ahead and buy when they were 14 years old or less.

The "older Baby Boomers" they mentioned were born from 1946 to 1954.

Most people like to be told what to do and don’t like life interruption (followers). I’m not that like. I’ve literally quit 2 jobs the past 3 years over principle and walked out that day with no backup job. I don’t mind chaos I just want freedom and equality.

No need. Everyone has an opinion, I just hate people who complain. It’s such a cowardly move.
