I have a friend who is a retired army doctor who runs a weight loss surgery practice now. He says one of the things he USED to discuss with patients and their significant others was the fact that the surgery did indeed lead to an awful lot of divorces. He used to do it, has since changed because it was seen as intrusive by doctors who did it also as part of the process to determine who was an ideal candidate. I am pretty certain the industry changed because the desire to make a profit caused some confusion over whats right and wrong BUT the official line is it ain't none of the surgeons business.....and it probably really isn't, still seems like the right thing to do.

Also average to below average attractive women who are thin look hotter than they are due to so many fatties around

I agree with all of this pre semiglutides.
Now these lazy people are going to be able to push a new weight baseline far longer than their dedication to the new diet would’ve lasted in the past.

You are right about one thing. If you get a couple of fat people together, you are definitely in the tons range.
