the word diversity is racist

For the last 50 years, diversity has been a catchall term for improving schools, workplaces and life in general. I have yet to find a favorable definable result of diversity.
I have come to realize that liberals use the term diversity to push down concepts of merit based performance to enhance liberals relative standing. America's best and brightest get sidelined intentionally

Diversity departments are racist. What screams "we're different" more than an entire department that exists to try and show others that different people are really the same as everyone else by illustrating the ways some people are different?
