I should note that I don't think hardly any of these cops are set on murdereing these people. At all.
Calling them cop murderers actually states the exact opposite of that, fwiw.

At all. I think many of them make emotional, irrational, poorly throughout and reactionary decisions in the face of the fear, which is blurred by their understanding of their protections under the law and their powers.
So you're conceding you're wrong in referring to them as "cop murderers", good to see you have seen the light.

These mistakes should be punishable. I can't call individual cops racist without any personal info, but I can say, with history and data to back it, that PD policies and law enforcement has been discriminatory against blacks since 1776, before their crime binge.

We hear more about cops shooting black folks, however they shoot more white folks and shootings are fairly proportionate to crime levels.

There are serious problems looking a raw data and assuming the problems are related to some social issue such as racism. Sure, certain black folks are stereotyped more simply because they are also more involved in crime. But there are also certain white folks who are stereotyped as well, you just don't hear about it as much.

I really hate when the real problem (government overreach via law enforcement) is hidden away behind a cloak of torches and pitchforks from people who see a racist behind every wiggling bush.

So are you basing the entire verdict on if the window was up or down? Kind of a "did the glove fit or not" situation?

There no verdict or even charge yet. My comment was about her statement that she thought he was going for a gun when he reached through the car window. The window was up per images.

How am I defending the cop blindly? Not even sure I have defended her.

I just don't think you can cast aside our countries history of racial bias against blacks. IMO, it plays a part, either consciously or unconsciously

Jesus...

When you can't prove it, bring up past injustice, try to link it and claim "unconscious" racism.

The worst systematic problem is the war on drugs which attracts poor people into dealing and disproportionately puts more in prison. Poor people get the raw end of the stick in the USA, legally...and a larger percent of black folks are in poverty. People aren't out looking to bust black folks, but stereotyping is real and there are some valid reasons for it.

the guy reached into his car

Where is that in the video? He did not "reach into his SUV. He was at the door of it, but did not reach in.

Also, didn't know that PCP possession, if true, warranted a death penalty.

I don't think the situations involving trigger happy police are conspiratorial against black folks, just that they use excessive force far too often.

Had Crutcher brandished a weapon, fine, but he was simply walking to his vehicle. He had also put his hands up.

Maybe he was afraid of the police, with good reason, and was just trying to get away from them. No one really knows.

Here's a link to the helicopter video, and as has already been noted, the pilot of the helicopter can be heard making snap judgments about Crutcher.

The same thing happens sometimes to white folks also; unnecessarily tazed or shot.

IMO, it's about questionable police tactics, and I get they have to make decisions in the moment, but they are also dispatched to protect and serve.

The Alton Sterling case, was in my opinion, handled poorly also, however, Sterling resisted, was in possession of a weapon and police action was therefore less blatant in that situation.

The Crutcher case involved a man with a stalled vehicle which the police over reacted to. Guns drawn on a man whose hands are up and simply walking toward his stalled vehicle?

That's just inexcusable.

“It wasn’t a matter of minutes, it was a matter of moments,” Goss told the newspaper. “As quick as the officer released the Taser from his hand, Terence was falling to the ground having already been shot.”

Attorneys for Crutcher’s family have said the PCP is not a justification for the shooting. They also argue that Crutcher could not have been reaching into his SUV, because the window was closed.
