Update.

Stayed ahead of the pain with meds. Not going to lie.

It was easy compared to Friday night. Night and day different. I guess I would have survived it because really, you have no choice. But to was surreal that a limb caused that much pain.

Glad tk be on other side of it. Nerve blocks are a technological feat.

Good luck, brother.

Youve been dealt a poor hand, but you've met it head on.

I hope that the worst of your pain is behind you and will soon be a distant memory.

Thank you!

Recovery takes a year, obviously I cannot fully bear weight until 6 weeks post ops.

There are painful days ahead.

However, this will be an improvement and two years from now I hope I will have been fortunate to do it.

It’s over though. I “dear facebook”ed right after that night and also have fuzzy memory f actually writing that.

You’ll see that edits were made. Lots of them.

——-anyone reading this that has had a lot or no surgeries, know that I am out of the tunnel.

Youll feel like you’ll never recover, then bang, one day, usually about a week or two post op, the small light at end of tunnel comes at y ou fast and you’re okay.

I think I want to put this in OP.
