Let's give it a shot.

OK what about a Clockwise Wind Machine? It could be nuclear powered.

I have noticed quite a few downvotes in this thread AND I ALSO NOTICE THAT NONE OF YOU CLOWNS HAVE suggested a better idea than mine.

Suggesting not dumping nuclear waste into the oceans IS a better suggestion than your asinine one.

What about one of them there Neutron Bombs?

So lower energy in the physical blast but more radiation releases seems somehow better to you?

If you want a suggestion, maybe one of the hater MOABs? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/GBU-43/B_MOAB

Not really convinced it would work, though.

According to the 1993 World Almanac, the entire human race used energy at a rate of 1013 watts in 1990, a rate less than 20% of the power of a hurricane.

What, pray tell, is this "action" you speak of?

Paris Accords? Modest reductions in the growth of carbon emissions?

This is the 3rd broken leg of the AGW boondoggle. Even if the alarmists are 100% correct, there is no practical way to do a damn thing about it.

A radioactive hurricane might be like a Hulk hurricane

Extermination of all humans. You know, like Skynet.

Liberals dream come true.

Build a giant landmass off the coast of Africa. Hurricanes hate land. It could be a new continent.

Close, but a better idea would be to build large air conditioning units to cool the hot dry air flowing west off the Saharan landmass. This is where the heat and winds come from to start these storms.

Thinking maybe a 50 megaton Fredricks AC would do it.

MOAB! Good thinking! It would take more than one MOAB. Maybe four MOABs, one for each cardinal point of the compass rose. That's maritime talk, are you following me? Because the MOABs should be dropped on the Hurricane whilst the monster is at sea.

I appreciate the laziness of this OP. Couldn't have done better myself.

shite, it'd be easier to cut off giant hunks of glacier and drag them in front of the path to cool the ocean.
