The thought behind the gift

I've been looking to buy a drone. After doing research it looks like I'll have to shell out at least $600-$1,000 for what I want. I've been putting off buying one because buying crap for others take precedent this time of year so I can't justify spending that on a drone until after the holidays.
I support myself and my SO while she is in law school. She doesn't know jack shite about drones other than knowing that I want one and thinking they are a dumb waste of money that I'll get bored with quick. Well yesterday she went out and bought me this cheap one for probably around $100. This coming from someone who, other than my income, only has school grants/loans and parental "loans" that they'd never let her pay back on which to live.
This drone really can't do much and isn't all that great. It's one I would never buy for myself. But the fact that she spent $100 (which is still a nice chunk of change for her) to get me something that she knows means a lot to me (even if she thinks it's the stupidest thing in the world), makes it the best gift I've received this year and I couldn't be happier.
Getting expensive and cool crap is always nice, but the thought behind those things is what it's all about regardless of price.
So Merry Christmas, you filthy animals. All the best to ya this holiday season.... Even to our resident Gumps.
And no. No pics
But in lieu of that for you naughty baws, here's Shakira shaking her hips.

I thought about reading all that then passed.

Don't delude yourself - it is the money, not the thought, that counts.

Can she speak English yet or does she just say 'papi' in bed still?

Better tell your SO to put some respect on your name and bring that little no-name brand drone back to Burke's Outlet.
