What Lyndon Johnson did to the black Communities with Welfare reform he signed back in the 60's has Spiraled those Communities into what we have today. Young Males born to Single moms with no father Figures to help them become responsible mature men. IF you look back at the decades before Welfare reform Black Crime rates in historically black Communities were low.

Johnson Toke out the Male Figure and replaced it with free benefits for having Kids. Women toke on the Role of trying to raise Sons and Those fathers no longer had a responsibility to help raise a family. Add in the fact that for every extra kid born that Mom was given more benefits. Thus Kids became Currency to these single Moms.
Kids Raised on the Streets, selling drugs because Mom was too Busy having more kids and Dad was nowhere to be found.

That all leads me Back to this Story a worker Dying over too much Mayo. Life in these Communities has no value and the Gun Culture is praised in the Music, television while education is frowned upon. To many Young Black Males shooting another person is a badge of honor something to brag about and Jail is nothing to fear. Look at Chicago , New Orleans etc.. Killing fields every day and no end in sight. Another Young Life taken seemingly for no reason.
